Peace of mind

Once the insurance policy has been activated it will be renewed automatically on a rolling monthly subscription. From time to time you may be required to update expired card details.

Cancellation

You may cancel the policy at any time, only pay for insurance when its needed. Simply complete the Cancellation section in the Customer Care area and we'll do the rest. There will be no further payments.

Please don't cancel the subscription at your bank or card provider without first informing us of your intent.

Instant Quote

In many cases our online system will provide you with an instant price at the end of the quotation process. However, where an instant quote is not possible*, we will provide you with a bespoke quote by email.

*The value of cover is more than GBP(£)500,000 or the contact address indicated on the application cannot be covered under policy standard terms.
